Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Policy

Safety, environmental responsibility, and operational discipline are fundamental to how we work, deliver services, and protect people, assets, and the environment.

Policy Overview

RoadMap Energy Solution LLC (RES) is committed to preventing occupational injuries, ill health, major accidents, and adverse environmental impacts arising from its activities, products, and services.

Our company manages HSE through a structured and risk-based Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS), aligned with legal and regulatory requirements, client standards, and recognized industry best practices.

We view strong HSE performance as an essential part of business excellence, asset integrity, operational continuity, and stakeholder confidence.

Our Commitment

RES management demonstrates leadership and accountability by integrating HSE objectives into business planning, operational decision-making, and resource allocation.

We are committed to protecting employees, contractors, visitors, affected communities, and the environment by treating HSE performance as a core business priority, equal to productivity, quality, and cost.

Core Principles

Hazard Identification & Risk Control

We identify hazards, assess HSE risks and environmental aspects, and implement effective controls using a proactive, risk-based approach throughout the lifecycle of operations.

Risk Reduction

We work to eliminate hazards where reasonably practicable and reduce residual risks to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).

Competence & Awareness

We ensure employees and contractors are competent through training, awareness, and appropriate supervision.

Compliance

We comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, client standards, and contractual obligations.

Environmental Responsibility

We prevent pollution, minimize waste, reduce emissions, and protect natural resources through responsible environmental management.

Worker Participation

We promote worker consultation and participation, maintain effective communication channels, and provide mechanisms to address welfare and HSE concerns.

Stop Work Authority

We encourage and empower all personnel to intervene in unsafe acts or conditions and to stop work when there is an imminent risk to health, safety, or the environment.

Emergency Preparedness

We maintain effective emergency preparedness and response arrangements to control incidents promptly and reduce their impact.

Incident Investigation

We investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformities to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Continious Improvement

We improve HSE performance and the effectiveness of our HSEMS through monitoring, measurement, audits, and management review.

Responsibilities

All employees and contractors have a duty to take reasonable care of their own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of others who may be affected by their actions.

Everyone is expected to cooperate with RES policies, procedures, and safe systems of work, while management remains accountable for providing the resources needed to maintain and continually improve the HSE Management System.
